Fall Open House - Come See What Makes NCCL Unique!
You’re invited to come see what NCCL School is all about!
Are you curious about Progressive Education and what it looks like in an elementary school? Come tour NCCL, meet our teachers and families, and discover how we create a learning environment where children are known, challenged, and excited to come to school each day.
October 17, 2-4pm - Tour the school, meet with teachers, and have a chance to ask questions.
October 20, 9-11am - School is in session! We would love to show you our classes in action.
At NCCL, students in grades K–5 learn through hands-on experiences, meaningful projects, collaboration, and real-world exploration. Our multi-age classrooms give children opportunities to learn at their own pace, work with students of different ages, and develop both independence and a strong sense of community. Rather than simply memorizing information, NCCL students are encouraged to ask questions, solve problems, think creatively, and take an active role in their own learning.
During our Open House, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Tour our classrooms and school spaces
Talk with teachers and current NCCL parents
Learn more about our K–5 program and Progressive Education
See how we support children academically, socially, and emotionally
Discover how our small school community helps every child build confidence and a love of learning
We will be hosting two Open House sessions. We encourage families to join us on Saturday for some one-on-one time with teachers and current families, and then return Tuesday morning to see our classrooms in action. It’s a wonderful opportunity to experience the difference for yourself!
